7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a refund.

• Renewals are non-refundable. Payments for renewed subscriptions are final.

Exclusions

• No refund for services suspended or terminated due to violations or abuse.
• Additional service charges (setup fees, add-ons) are non-refundable.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Domain Charges Deduction

If your hosting plan included a free domain name, the standard domain cost (as per our website) will be deducted from the refund. The domain remains active for 1 year and will fully belong to you.

Refund Process

• Submit a refund request via your RoxoHost client area.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Post-7 Days Refund Policy

Refund requests made after the initial 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Method

• UPI Payments: Refund to the same UPI ID used for the original transaction.
• Bank Transfer / Cards: Refund credited to the original account/card.
• Cryptocurrency: Refund processed in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet used for purchase.
